It's not fair and I think you're really mean

Pros

Investment into people in TTTech is unseen by me. The company truly cares about education and provides a ton of trainings. Awesome place for people that want to have better live/work balance. Management is down to earth and IMHO great work companion. Safety Culture is the uttermost important concept and almost daily topic even in casual talks.

Cons

Daily work quality is not great. As requested by standards, there is just to much of darn documentation and testing. Also, the techniques used on work are far from modern software development standards. A lot to be desired in terms of work quality.

- good chances for development - great workplace environment - collaborative teamwork approach - understanding management

Cons

- honestly very little to complain about - the time management system could be made a little more user friendly

Pros

Good communication between engineers. People can improve their engineering skills here.

Cons

Project management have various problems and the stress is reflected to the engineers. There is no flat organization even though the managements says so.
