Pros

A really nice place to work as an IT. Cool and nice people and colleagues. Good salary, home office, and few other benefits. Salary progression.

Cons

A bit chaotic sometimes when it comes to management.

What is it like to be in TTTech?

Pros

Learning automotive tools is okay. Working chance with the huge processors such as Intel, Aurix and TI TDA4x Payments are good. Work hours are really flexible.

Cons

Software development process is quite slow. According to it learning curvature slope is low.

Salary was decent but not spectacular

Cons

Management layer seems to contradict itself on a daily basis. HR doesn't help employees even when a complaint is passed to them.
