Cons

Long learning curve. Extremely limited self development. Minimal code development generally integration on various platforms.

(mostly) Interesting projects, young colleagues, trying to expand

Pros

Nice colleagues, central location, open to university and HTL graduates, flexible working hours, it is possible to influence and improve the company processes with some engagement

Cons

Low salary and very hard to re-negotiate i.e. promotions are very rare, no canteen and no lunch allowance, no workers union and not open to forming one
