Pros

Working with children and adults woth disabilities has become my favorite thing to do. That part of my job was fulfilling beyond what I could have ever imagined. They all treat you like someone that matters and thier love and support is unconditional.

Cons

The company itself plays alot of games with its employees. I want to call it politics. They are not supportive. They use tactics to make there employees feel important enough for just long enough. Sorry guys, emails saying thanks or public announcements naming specific people? You forgot an entire program that did everything without for support. Ya it was our job but a visit from the CEO more than once every 5 years would be appropriate I think. I am a disgruntled employee I suppose single what I'm saying as you will. I loved my job for years. Until the power of the company was transferred from Phil to Dave and group of board members. It went from being aboutthe people we served to numbers and I have a feeling that is not what Phil had in mondnfornthe company he built. That whole business is like a movie where a bad guy is trying to win overbshares ofna business tons something maniacle with it. Makes me sick.
