      It was a great experience working at TURN. It could be at times trying, but I learned a lot of valuable life lessons.

      Pros

      Learning about and hour to care for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. Becoming more aware of others needs in home and community settings.

      Cons

      Dealing with difficult clients. Taking care of toileting needs. Learning to teach, but having some individuals unwilling or unable to learn can be stressful.

      Working with amazing and diverse individuals and feeling like you are truly making a difference in somebodies life.

      Extremely poor management, Coordinators having way to much power over houses and employees and unfair treatment of employees.
