Where do I start? This company is very cliche based. They have friends working with friends and under friends. Everyone talks about everyone in the most negative ways. If you get on the bad side of certain people by having a medical issue they will set you up for failure with HR and the higher ups support. They will use your political affiliation against you. They will use your personal beliefs against you. Anyone can accuse you of anything and they will believe them without investigating the claim and put you on final notice without even hearing your side of the incident or telling you what you supposedly said or did. Favoritism at Turn is out of control! If you are a part of the cliche you are protected no matter what you do even if it goes against company policys. This company is very toxic.
