Pros

It’s definitely a fun environment and you get to meet and grow really great relationships with not only the individuals you work with my the coworkers as well.

Cons

I feel like there’s a lot of laziness that can come with this job after awhile. So making sure you’re always doing something to benefit and help others. But also making sure you communicate, I’ve had a lot of run ins with staff who do not know how to communicate and there’s a lot of trouble that can rise

If you want to make lives better for people with disabilities, this is the place. TURN provides quality services for people in the state of Utah. The line TURNing dreams into reality is appropriate for type of work that is available.

Cons

Although TURN fights for higher reimbursement rates, they remain low. Therefore, although pay has been increased recently, it is still low for the profession in general.
