Pros

I have loved working for TURN. I enjoy serving other so this is a great job if you enjoy serving people. I'm able to help people with disabilities live independently, I'm also able to crafts and do puzzles and other hobbies with the individuals I serve which keeps things mixed up and it's hard to get bored.

Cons

Pay could be a little higher.

Pros

Great benefits, right now there's a 600.00 incentive. For who you say rolls you about the job and you. Paid vacation. Fun place to work. And much more

Cons

I can't remember think of any since theirs so many different positions that if your put someplace your not compatible with your can ask for a change.

- Teaching and learning skills - Connecting with clients that you wouldn't normally get to meet.

- Changes to schedule, but it's always what's best for the care of the clients.
