      Pros

      Our CEO, Matt Cummings, is an incredible hands-on leader. During our COVID quarantine, he engages our entire North American team with live, bi-weekly update webcasts. We also have a new CHRO who is doing amazing work around workplace planning and safety. So lucky to be here!

      Cons

      There's still work to be done to better network project and operational practices across offices but it's getting better every day.

      Once industry leader in bridge designing. WIth a good manager, a lot of oppotunity to do some great project.

      Cons

      salary not enough for bay area, which is genereal the case for any industry that is not IT.
