      Great opportunity to work on huge projects, but at the expense of being overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated.

      Opportunity to work on some incredible projects, benefits are great, and the staff is generally quiet friendly.

      Cons

      Poor project management and leadership skills. Overtime is common, scope of work changes often, management has no interest in empowering their staff to perform.
