Pros

Nice coworkers, good CTO. The northewest is a nice area

Cons

Haunted by past decisions. Tablesafe had promise. The rail was a good idea but was poorly engineered/designed initially and the lack of strong executive meant it could not overcome the tremendous hurdle needed to course-correct the company into producing a viable competitive product. sad. Unfortunately common. Tip your hardware engineers, people.

Working with truly talented, hardworking, intelligent, and amazing people. Feeling like the work my team mates, and I create is important to the company, and our clients. It's really great working someplace where everyone believes in what we are doing, and are passionate about their work.

Usual start up woes.
