Pros

Flexibility, rewarded for hard work, easy enough job, bosses understanding of life situations, easy to transfer to another store if you move.

Cons

Changes in staffing, schedule sometimes isn't the best, a lot of employees have a bad attitude or just don't care about their job, so it's not always a fun day.

Pros

Very flexible hours, staff was well trained on taking care of issues and problems they also gave enough hours when asked.

Cons

Few times not having enough employees will limit the number of breaks we received. Calling in sometimes was impossible, no one would answer the phone.
