Pros

Nice coworkers and managers, everyone's willing to work as a team.

Cons

No one informs you if there's a change made to your work schedule until the last minute (not sure if that's all the other stores but my particular store does it)

Pros

You learn entry level position about the food industry, cashiering, and customer service. They will work with you if you are going to school. Also depending on which college you go through you can also see if there any discounts available on your tuition while attending, and working for Taco Bell.

Cons

Sometimes it's slow, and they will send you home. You have to work really hard, without seeing any raises. I worked there for 2 years, got 1 raise, and right after that minimum wage changed to something higher, so the people that I was helping to train that were brand new and no experience were making the same amount of money that I was.
