Pros

Staff feels like family! Always looking out for one another, great environment! There is always something new everyday! Crazy rude customers at time but there are those who just make your day (: Cashier ladies do get hit on a couple times a day everyday! Hahaha

Cons

No payed vacation, No early release, for example; Christmas eve its full hours 6am-2am. ONLY days off is Christmas and Thanksgiving! (( and of course your days off)) No overtime allowed, No free lunch !!! I believe it only implies to j & r hock enterprises. j & r hock enterprises, Your company has 22 stores under your name and it feels as if you don't appreciate us as your workers. WE are trying to make your company look good but HOW when it feels as if you only care for your money. Money comes and go but once a worker is feed up they will find a better job only leaving your company to look bad since its under YOUR name. So please give us a little something to make us feel appreciated and happy to go and work for you guys!!
