Busy!! As a crew trainer I am often stuck in drive thru by myself, taking orders and handing them out. You learn how to talk to two people at once this way but when dinner time comes around it gets bad. At my location we are often short staffed, causing us to run behind. Secret shoppers are often checking the store and will catch you off guard. I often walk into my job finding that we are out of certain items, our drive thru and lobby are packed with few employees to catch up. Sometimes it is not because someone called off but because the managers do not schedule employees as needed.

Manager and half staff were on drugs. My drawer was gotten into with keys and came up short. They changed dates on food for an extreme amount of time.
