Co-workers are some of the nicest down to earth people you could ever work with.

Cons

Management is lazy and the pay is minimum wage for nearly every other employee.

Descent for fast food

Pros

Better management salaries than most of their competitors as well as friendlier attitudes. Room for advancement and education. Far less turn over rate than other fast food companies because they work with their employees.

Cons

Even with the perks, it is still fast food. Managing teenagers to early twenties for the most part. Not much flexibility as it is a chain restaurant.

Pros

Good starting job with room for advancement for excelling; discounts on food if you like fast food Tex-Mex; interesting co-workers; management often is easy to work with; appreciation of the importance of school vs. job

Cons

Long hours; fussy customers; standing for the majority of the day; most skills will not translate directly into other jobs unless food service is your goal
