Pros

Friendly people to work with usually

Cons

The customers are too picky and don't know how to pronounce half of the items. It's almost impossible to get a raise or a promotion because the district manager is an air head. One of the taco bells I've worked at was sexist because they wouldn't value their male employees.

Pros

Pay decent for fast food, vacation after a year, medical, life, and dental insurance offered after 3 months

Cons

Terrible schedule, awful turnarounds (I close Saturdays which means I don't leave until 5am or later and have to be back in at noon on Sunday, which means I get only than 5hrs of sleep if I'm lucky because I live 30min away from my work), days are long and you tear your body up with all the standing and movement.

Pros

Great Benefits, Great pay at all levels at least when I was in charge. Great place to establish a "work family".

Cons

Training is hit and miss... A lot of the time people are thrown into situations which they were not ready for... To unrealistic with expectations when it comes to metrics and defines satisfied guests.
