      Pros

      - Full job training on job - Decent pay for difficulty of job - Catered meals occasionally - Snacks / Coffee - Good benefits from large company + 401k - Good company culture

      Cons

      - Management in department watches like hawks - Must stay glued to desk - Better performers do more work, no recognition for employees with excellent metrics - Consistently denies and prevents employees from moving to other departments or promotions - Some new contractors who are hired are absolutely horrible at job and should not be working here
