Pros

Flexible hours, stay busy but not too busy at work, upbeat management(mostly)

Cons

Management can sometimes try and train in nonconstructive ways. Fellow employees can be flaky and leave the shift without enough people, leading to stress for the shift leads.

Pros

It was very fun and taught me a lot of customer service skills , but it also isn’t as fast pace as other fast food restaurants so it is easier to learn

Cons

Some of the people were very unorganized and not very nice at one of their locations , they also didn’t follow a lot of rules most of the time .
