Pros

The job itself is fairly easy, whether you're on register, drive thru, or food prep. Management is lenient on sick days and tardiness, and it's usually busy even at night so it never gets too dull. You get a discount on one meal if you work a shift of 4 hours or more.

Cons

The management was seriously poor. Most of the staff got no training beyond a computer program that only taught the very basics, and new employees would just be given tasks with no instruction. Breaks were rare even during 8 hour shifts.
