Pros

This is an okay job if you're young. Good opportunity for advancement. Since the turnover rate is high, moving up in the company isn't difficult. Free food if daily drive thru goals are met.

Cons

Unless you're still in high school or really set on moving up in the company, the low wages make this job not worth it.

Decent place of employment

Pros

There was a pretty upbeat work atmosphere, and my manager paid higher than the other stores in our area to reward our hard work and encourage more. I was also allowed to keep my overtime, which was great.

Cons

Shifts were long - as a shift manager, I usually put in 50 hours a week. Also, we were often understaffed, which meant we had more to do than we realistically could handle.
