Pros

I have flexible scheduling so its good for working around college. It's an easy job once you get a hang of it and there is usually a good atmosphere with friendly coworkers.

Cons

It's a minimum wage job as can be expected. Raises are minor and hardly noticeable. Besides promotion to Shift Lead($1.00 raise), there's no opportunities to move up. Exhausting work for little money and usually lacks guaranteed hours.

Long hours, Unprofessional workers, More about time than quality & Hard to get time off.
