Pros

Easy to learn. Flexible schedules. Surprisingly easy to advance. All in all a decent job for anyone who likes a fast paced environment.

Cons

Smelling like taco bell every night. Closing the store at 4 am. Compensation pretty low but it's not rocket science. Very busy pretty much all of the time.

Pros

The only pro of working for Taco Bell is that the hours are flexible, which is great when you are a college student.

Cons

The rules are always changing, breaks are not given, audits, pay is horrible, especially for what they expect of you, unprofessional, unrealistic expectations from staff working in the stores, constant cutting of labor.

Pros

Great work place with an exceptional corporate office. Really enjoy how upper management interact with their employees and tries to encourage them to be the best at what they do in anything in life.

Cons

No reviews for 90 days employees to receive a raise even if it is .25.
