Pros

Great place if you like just doing the bare minimum. Free food and drinks for employees and family. The Taco Bell company is great, but this franchise is pretty awful. It would be ok for a first job if they actually made you work hard and follow rules.

Cons

Management doesn't take responsibility for their actions. Expect to be paid well below other fast food if you aren't good at brown nosing. Don't bother offering suggestions or trying to do things by the book, that's not how they do things at this franchise.
