Flexible hours, good employee and employer relationships, and fast paced environment.
Cons
At my store we were usually understaffed and I often found myself cleaning floors and doing dishes all while staying on top of inside orders. Your manager will most likely only be concerned about the drive through time and getting a green shift. If you excel at something there then that is where you stay, and if you're not good at anything then you will have to do grunt work. You often won't have a break even while working a an 8 or longer hour shift.
