Pros

Relatively easy to apply and get hired once you're invited for an interview. If you come prepared to the first interview with a resume and dress business casual you will likely be offered the job. You can work flexible hours depending on your availability. This is a good first job for high school and college students. If you want to stay with the company there is the possibility that someday you can advance to assistant or manager status.

Cons

Starting pay is minimum wage and there are no other benefits. Depending on who your manager is and how busy they are it can take several weeks to actually start working because they must order a uniform and schedule you for an orientation.

Pros

It's a fun place to work. It's very laid back and I enjoy working there.

Cons

The pay is horrible and the restaurant needs some work.
