- Requested Amount of hours given. - Flexible scheduling for days off. - 2 week notice for day off upheld when requested in time. - Fun, Friendly, unique co-workers.

Cons

- Hard working employees get taken advantage of by management. - Pays no more than minimum wage. - Next to no room for internal growth. - Long hours. - Very challenging work. - Required strenuous amount of multitasking. - Worked the job of 2, sometimes 3 employees, got payed the salary of one. - Management not cooperative once 2 week notice was in place.
