Pros

There were growth opportunities if you were willing to work 60 hours plus. The benefits were at least equal to similiar employers.

Cons

The hours could be long and the upper management often received their position not because of ability but becauase of longevity.

Pros

Cheap Meals. (not free) flexible schedule. possibility to work only nights and weekends. Very little effort or thought needed. short shifts. Respect from management. Treated fairly by employer.

Cons

Customers treat you like trash. a lot of grungy cleaning to be done including cleaning public restrooms, mopping, cleaning out the drink fountain.

Pros

The only postive aspect that i recall from working at taco bell is the chance to try new food items before they are made public.

Cons

There is clearly a lack of respect for employees. The newest member was forced to carry out all the cleaning, mopping and bathroom duties.
