Pros

Decent benefits, and management understands the busy schedule of college students. The customers are fun to be around. Would work there longer if I could.

Cons

I'll admit, it is a bit embarrassing to work at a fast food restaurant like Taco Bell, but it's better than McDonald's.

Pros

easy job skills to learn, flexible work schedules for students. good chance for advancement, new items are introduced fairly frequently.

Cons

the workforce is made up of alot of school aged kids, which leads to lack of professionalism in some cases.

easy job skills to learn, basic foundation for management to build off of and there is generally a good chance for advancement if your willing to move

Cons

employees are generally hired from the bottom percentile of "professional" workers and attitudes are generally neutral to poor as far as willing to give 110%
