Employees are very nice people

Cons

Micromanagement from the very top makes every work day feel like you are just a cog in the CEOs machine and not a part of a team. Management poor at taking criticism or opening to change unless it is their idea. They preach about "family" however, if you are not part of their blood family you are treated more like a some one who got invited to the table cause they had left overs.

Pockets of people cared about their job and the people they work with

Cons

Executive management getting in the way and second guessing every decision that is made (multiple times). Employees spend more time defending and re-defending decisions and directs that was made than actually moving forward.
