There is a significant imbalance in Tacony's collective structure, with a disproportionate amount of resources being allocated to the executives rather than the employees who directly contribute to the work. This kind of top-heavy structure can lead to inefficiencies and layoffs. The Ft. Worth location laid off 1/3 of its staff.
