Pros

Flexible hours. Fun staff. Discounts. Fair pay. Hot co workers. Thinspiration. Just overall I really love working here and the hours.

Cons

Honestly, Almost none.. There really aren't too Many cons for working here other than you do get paid minimum wage.

Horrible. They are living in the past and all decisions are made by Cincinnati. People outside of HQ do not matter.

Pros

People that came with me from Kahn Kleinman. Some of the people there were very nice. Good IT support. Some good clients.

Cons

Associates not supposed to have own clients. Treated like 2nd class citizens. BD program cheap and ridiculous. After our merger still treated like 2 separate firms (when it suited them).

Pros

The people are generally easy to work with. There is not an extremely competitive environment like other firms. Overall enjoyable.

Cons

Pretty slow decision making by leadership. Decisions not necessarily explained by leadership.There is a lot of politics and gossip there.
