no weekends, holidays, or nights

Cons

Kitchen staff are treated like lower level trash, management provides no training, no communication, opinions and long term experience mean nothing. In the past 3 years upper management is horrible. The previous years I would have recommended this job to all my friends but sadly I can't do that now.
