Pros

Everyone is like a second family at Taher. I have been treated so kindly since day one. I was recently out on a medical leave of absence and the amazing chefs at Taher made some delicious meals and delivered them to my family. It was so nice to not have to worry about meals while I was on strict restrictions after my surgery. The Taher family always greets me with a big hello and makes me feel appreciated and valued. I really enjoy coming to work every day.

Cons

The benefits are not competitive.

Day job no weekends. Thats all...

Cons

Dont follow their own polices, opening them selfs up to major problems, they dont practice safe practices and over prep and reuse items too many times, no presence of caring to season ood properly let alone cook it properly, mass disreguard to food saftey practices are non existing they put on a show to sell their brand but have executive chefs using pre cut tomatoes and lettuce and bad recipes with no flavor. Their wasting their time and money on executive chefs. They dont value any ody hourly unless your an old woman, i hope it comes crumbling down on them soon.
