I can be at home with my children when school is out and not have to look for a baby sitter.

Cons

We are off and we only get paid for holiday pay. We get no bonuses, we are off for the summer with no pay.

Thank you for providing some feedback. Depending on your location, there is summer work in some programs. There are referral bonuses you are eligible for, and incentive bonuses for hourly associates can be brought up with your Food Service Director. They are program-by-program based. They send flowers and gifts to you when you start, nice gesture.

Cons

Unprofessional culture, lots of miscommunication, they are terrible with clients, won't listen to their employees, they are unorganized and use outdated software.
