Pros

Pretty fair, good recognition for a job well done, supervisors like to hear any suggestions it improve efficiency and workflow, most seem to really care about you and your concerns.

Cons

Raises are pretty non-existent. Additional hours are hard to come by. Moving up within your kitchen seems to be impossible. Keep people around who don't really do their jobs correctly.

There isn't a single pro I can think of for this terribly ran company.

Cons

They expect miracles to be done! Expect perfection and respect when perfection and respect isn't given back. Management treats their employees like slaves with no appreciation. Yells at employees in front of other employees, talks down to you. Management looks at you like you are a piece of dirt.
