Taiho paid for health benefits and had a decent 401K Most colleagues were competent and friendly

Cons

Upper management is totally oblivious to the bottom of the org. Being told that your manager is not a micro-manager yet they are in everything The inflexibility of their work culture Being told in a "townhall" that if you didn't like the almost no work from home policy, to go find another job, true, the CEO said that in practically the same exact words

Terrible management team in Medical Affairs resulting in extremely high turnover (6 VPs in 5 years) A lot of favoritism and narcissism in the Medical team (field and in house)
