Pros

TailorMed is on an amazing growth path with tons of opportunity for anyone who truly wants to contribute and be part of a category defining company. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. TailorMed is mission driven with an inspiring CEO with high IQ and EQ. There is unlimited room for initiative and ownership. People that are contributors to the organization's success are beyond proud to work here and willing to go the extra mile to lead the company into it's next chapter of growth.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, some talent doesn't always grow at the pace needed.

Overworked and underpaid

Pros

Some flexibility with schedule, met some great peers, mission aligns

Cons

Everything else. Not a good work culture, undercover racism/micro aggressions from upper management. Nothing is designed for the team to actually thrive and I really wanted to help change that, but had to do 3 jobs for 1 low salary. Lots of blurred lines between titles. Extremely low pay for the amount of work, especially with promotions. Promotions are interchanged with raises, which does not make sense. HR will tell everything you say to anyone else including your salary and any real issuers reported goes no where.
