      Everyone seemed nice and I liked the food

      Whare to start When I started I was promised full time hours and at furst they had only given me about 18-20 hours a week and as soon as I asked for more they said that because of my "adetude towards others" and "there consrn for the other employees" they fired me after only the furst month of working with them (about 60 hours or so of work) without warning or telling me what I was doing wrong so I could do better All in all I would NOT recommend working with tailwind not unless you want to get fired for no reason after only the furst month

      Horrible Place To Work Assistant General Manager (Former Employee) - Idaho Falls - September 13, 2022 One of the worst places I have ever worked. Never have I felt so devalued, and made feel replicable. They are always short staffed, so your expected to do the work of 3 people. They give you no PT, no Holiday pay, they offer no benefits and no Bonus. When they schedule you, think of it as a suggested time off. So don't make any plans cause good chance your not going to be able to keep them. They don't off a lunch break or any breaks at all ( Right to Work State) Corporate, is horrible they do not care about there employees. There HR Department is all about protecting the company not about safety and concern for the employees needs. Management, does the minimum amount of work. To sum it up it is a horrible company to work for. Ratings by
