Absolutely none, your regulars treat you better than this company does.

Cons

No benefits, no raises, the owner of the company will come through and intimidate everyone and never acknowledge you, he doesn’t care about you or the employees that make up his business. The drama here is never ending, the company cares about making money and that’s it. Your input will never matter, even if you’ve been there for years.
