a good manager can make your time enjoyable there bonus for certain oil changes

Cons

lots of down time, bonus only applies to the person working the register, poor manager can make your time there rough

So far I hate everything about the job still looking for another one ,because this job ain't gonna cut it.

Cons

Hiring process is all jacked up. Applied for the Assistant Manager position only to be hired as a Lube tech making 8.25 an hour. Why did they even have a job posting like that if everybody gotta work they way up the ranks.
