Easy work, weekly pay, uniforms, free food sometimes. If you want to know how a shop runs good place to learn but not a life place.

Cons

Low pay, unequal work load. Hours change drastically. 50 hrs weekly to 40. Everything is team based so if you have bad, lazy coworkers good luck.
