Weekly pay is the only bright spot in a toxic workplace

The only pro to this job is getting paid weekly.

Cons

Manager is on his way out and does not care. It is a very toxic environment. Manager shows up over an hour late leaving you stuck outside to explain to customers arriving why the store isn’t open yet when it should be. They never meet their quota for cars serviced to make ends meet. They constantly make obvious mistakes that destroy customers cars.

Extremely low pay - lower than advertised Told overtime was available but it wasn't Schedule changed from day to day, and even on the day Was told could make more selling, but was kept in pit Business was dead most days
