Pros

Good product. Some nice people work there though a lot them have now left the company. Decent benefits are offered, the girl who handles benefits was stellar to deal with. Other than that not much going for this company any more.

Cons

Leadership is absent in this company. New management is awful and doing nothing to innovate the product to make it competitive in the marketplace now or in the future. For months the environment has been unstable and the people now running the company have made it worse. It like they threw gasoline on a fire. Awful stuff, never seen anything like it, glad I'm gone.

Underlying technology does work but very hard to configure. Can easily cause network outage. Poor management/marketing.

The stuff works - IF you can get it to work. The other "pro", if one could call it that is the offices are very nice with good locations.

Cons

Really poor configuration UI. It's essentially all manual. If anything changes in the customer's environment one must also change Talari accordingly - or you'll probably take down part or all of the network. Mediocre support provided by a handful of people out of Raleigh.
