      Pros

      All the recruiters spoke english very well, some head hunters are really tough to deal with because their english, both written and verbal is so poor.

      Cons

      No problems to report on yet. I have been working for talascend for just about a year now. Hopefully nothing changes

      None, really, there wasn't any at all

      Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, internal politics were hurrendous, clueless managers, numerous managers/directors promoted and fired shortly after. If you're considering them as an employer, politely decline and walk away. If you're looking to build a career, don't bother with Talascend. For a company who claimed to have access to numerous key accounts, they have just as many accounts they have cocked up and blacklisted from.
