flexible hours I wish I had more positive things to say!

Cons

micro managers terrible sales team everything is more important to them than their employees no sick time only oil and gas so they are not busy at all right now get in good with the CEO and you'll have a job even if you do not do a thing all day new management has ZERO idea how to hire people that will fit in with the team and therefor are losing all the good talent they once had Hire a director that can bring jobs to the company and not bring down the company morale.

Have been here through many changes over the years - One thing that remains constant is caring about the people. If you work hard there is unlimited mobility in career path. Great training!

Cons

Benefits could be better, but it's the nature of the staffing industry. Not many other cons to speak of.

Plenty of work. Time flies by while you're there.

Cons

Specifies lifting up to 40 lbs..but you end up lifting up to 100 lbs once you're at work. No possibility of hire in.
