Pros

A very large and diverse organization that truly cares not only about their mission but also their employees!

Cons

Being Nonprofit the wages are low but the Organizations Leadership tries very hard to find new ways to compensate and care for their employees. Being under staffed is issue but again Leadership is doing all they can to combat this....its the market right now.
