Pros

Really burned out workers just keep trying to serve clients well, despite low pay and minimal support from management.

Cons

Low pay, uncaring management. No concern for workers. No willingness to invest in staff or programs. Motto is to work staff harder and harder for as little payment as possible. No compassion for staff needs.

Pros

Talbert House does some amazing work within the community and is certainly a needed agency.

Cons

While upper management is always pushing diversity, they themselves do not address individual issues and they participate in being racially motivated and sexist.
