Pros

It's great to have the opportunity to reach out to the community and help others.

Cons

The benefits are horrible. PTO has to be used to take a holiday which means you really don't come into the agency with x amount of PTO days to use. The health insurance is far too expensive for the deplorable salary they pay their employees. There is no room for advancement and there is little to no training available for the job.

Pros

Easy to get hired due to high turnover. Get some experience and leave as soon as you can.

Cons

Horrible management that are self interested and out of touch. Employees don't mean much, not valued. Terribly low wages, too many responsibilities.
