Pros

Talbert House does offer free training and you generally work around very kind and generous people.

Cons

The pay is absolutely horrifying and you are expected to work yourself to the bone. Have been to three separate programs and was not properly trained once. This is the only job that I've had where I actually love my coworkers but desperately want to leave the organization. Most of my coworkers are dying to leave as well.

Pros

The clients. Some of the line staff really care about their jobs.

Cons

Everything else. Pay is low. Morale is low. Little focus on quality and client care. Unethical management looking to promote themselves. Too much focus on quantity, quality is lacking.
